Deconditioning from How I Used to Work… Every Day.
Redesigning Work, Creativity, and Success from the Inside Out
I’m not gonna lie, some days I still catch the old rhythm trying to creep in…
When I had back-to-back client calls and was too riddled with fear to rearrange my schedule.
That lurking guilt and nervousness when I’d take a midday walk or sleep in, afraid my business would miss an opportunity because I held up the ship.
The subtle voice whispering “Are you doing enough to get where you want to go?” while also thinking “There’s always something else to do!” even though I knew presence is my power source (I was not embodying that, at all).
But the truth is, I don’t work like I used to.
I’ll never go back.
I don’t want to.
Here’s a bit on how I deconditioned from hustle culture and survival mode—even though I wouldn’t have called it that back then.
[also I’m going to be teaching about this in great detail in an upcoming masterclass. If you’d like information on that, send me a message]
